What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) ??
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has been likened to acupuncture without the needles; it uses the Traditional Chinese Meridian points, combined with NLP techniques to guide the client through their emotional blockages and can enable the body to heal itself.
It was developed by Gary Craig in the early 1990’s, whilst a student of Dr Roger Callahan learning his Thought Field Therapy, or TFT. TFT was the forerunner to EFT and many other therapies that have been developed since, all known within the field we call “energy psychology”.
Gary Craig recognised the benefits of Callaghan’s TFT and developed EFT from this as a more user friendly, ‘open source’ approach
